The Finance Division reports on the financial position of the City and offers functional support to all City departments. The Division is responsible for the City's annual financial budget, budget reports, and all State-required financial reports. The Finance division processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts. They are responsible for the City's fixed assets, payroll, and central mail. The division also administers the City's Parking Permit program and collects Business Licence taxes.The Finance Division contracts with an independent certified public accountant for the City's annual audit.
The Finance Division is part of the City's Administrative Services Department and has six full-time employees and three part-time employees.
