City Facilities

City Hall and the Community and Susi Q Center are closed to the public through March 27; however City operations will continue with available staff. For questions call (949) 497-3311 during regular business hours.

Emergency Services

Laguna Beach Police, Fire, and Marine Safety services will continue as usual. Call 9-1-1 if you have an emergency. For more information about emergency services during the COVID-19 crisis, read the Press Release the City issued on March 26.


SoCalGas has set up an informational Web page. They are temporarily waiving all late fees for small businesses and more.

Curbside, Takeout, and Delivery The Chamber of Commerce has created this resource of options from local restaurants given the order from Orange County Health officials.

What To Do If You Think You May Have Coronavirus

Stay at home. If you think you have been exposed to the coronavirus or may be sick with COVID-19, even if you are not sure, stay at home. Staying at home protects others.

Call your doctor. According to the CDC, if you think you are sick, call your doctor. If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms such as a cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.

If you do not have a doctor call the Orange County Health Care Agency COVID-19 Health Referral Hotline: 1(800) 564-8448. They will help you find an urgent care clinic or drive through testing facility in your area. Commercial testing options are now available in California upon clinician referral.

Think you need a COVID-19 test? Mission Hospital has a Coronavirus Assessment Tool on their website. Mission Hospital (both locations) has created a hotline for COVID-19. Anyone with symptoms or who may need a test should call the hotline before going to the hospital: (949) 499-0577 x1775.

Help Getting Groceries and Supplies

If you are a senior, Sally's Fund team members are shopping and run errands for seniors who cannot leave their homes. Call (949) 499-4100.

Senior Shopping Hours Gelson's offers a senior shopping hour 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and Pavilions has senior shopping hours 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. If you are

Each of our local grocery stores offer online delivery. Click here for Pavilions. Ralph's and Gelson's delivery through the online service and mobile app Instacart. Instacart is an online service that delivers groceries to Laguna Beach residents from local stores. They are experiencing high demand and you may have to wait several days for delivery. Click here for Whole Foods delivers through Amazon.

AmazonFresh delivers groceries to your home. The service is free for Amazon Prime members. Amazon Fresh cautions that inventory and delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to increased demand.

Help for Seniors

Sally's Fund Senior Transportation is and will continue to transport seniors to necessary medical appointments. They will transport seniors over 65 to doctor's appointments only if medically necessary. In addition, Sally's Fund will pick up seniors to shop at Gelson's and Pavilions during those stores' "Seniors Only" hour 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Drivers are available to pick up groceries, necessities and prescriptions. Sally’s Fund is also partnering with the Laguna Food Pantry to pick up and deliver prepackaged bags of food to those in need. Meals on Wheels food delivery is continuing during this crisis and will continue to serve participants. Meals On Wheels Laguna Beach is in need of volunteer drivers to help deliver meals to local seniors. Contact Rhonda at (949) 715-5462.
