The Parking, Traffic and Circulation Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters pertaining to parking, traffic, circulation, transit, the parking Management Plan, and traffic complaints. The PTC Committee meets once a month on the fourth Thursday of the month except in August and November.  In December the Committee meets on the first Thursday of the month.  The meetings start at 6:00 p.m. and are held at the Community Center, 303 Third Street, Laguna Beach.  The meetings are open to the public.

Items can be directed to the attention of the PTC Committee by submitting a Parking, Traffic and Circulation Action Request form to:

Your request should include explanations or reasons why you would like action taken. You will be notified by the Committee when action will be taken on your request. You may attend and address the Committee at such time.
