Our Wastewater Division maintains 95 miles of sewer lines, 2,674 manholes, 25 lift stations, and 25 urban runoff diversion units. Sewer pipes range between four to 27 inches in diameter. Diversion units direct dry season runoff to the sewer system.
The City of Laguna Beach services and maintains the sewer system in compliance with regulations by the Environmental Protection Agency, the State Water Resources Control Board, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. Click here for the City’s detailed Sewer System Management Plan.
