OC is no longer on CA's COVID-19 "Watch List"

Good news! Orange County was removed from the State’s COVID-19 monitoring list beginning Saturday, Aug. 22.

What does this mean?

On Saturday, August 22, the countdown began for the County to remain off the State’s monitoring list for a period of 14 consecutive days (we anticipate Day 15 to be Sunday, September 6).

It is important to note that once a county comes off the monitoring list, it is still subject to the Governor’s July 13 order with respect to business sector closures.

Indoor operations SHALL REMAIN CLOSED until the California State Health Officer modifies the Order and authorizes reopening.
