Welcome to the City of Laguna Beach E-Notify Traffic Alert System! (BETA)

This is a new system that allows you to receive free traffic alerts in your email inbox, cell phone, or other email enabled mobile device.  The email message will be a short message letting you know of a significant traffic accident or construction activity that will result in substantial delays on City streets.  This message system is operational 24 hours a day.   Messages may be received in daytime or evening hours.

New Users:

To register just click here.  When you register you will:

1. Click "New Subscription" on the ENotify registration page.
2. Select the "Traffic Alerts" box.
3. Provide your name and email address.
4. Select a password.
5. Click "Submit"

To Opt-Out of the Traffic Alert subscription

You may opt-out of the program at anytime by clicking here.  When opting out of the program:

1. Enter email address and password
2. Click "Login"
3. Uncheck the "Traffic Alerts" box
4. Click "Submit"
