The Parking, Traffic and Circulation (PTC) Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters pertaining to parking, traffic, circulation, transit and traffic complaints. Meetings are open to the public and are held monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month (the Committee does not meet in August and November). In December the Committee meets on the first Thursday of the month. The meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. and are held as a Zoom Webinar. If you would like to submit an item to the PTC for consideration please complete an Action Request Form (include a detailed explanation). You may mail or hand deliver it to City Hall (505 Forest Avenue), attn. Joshua McDonald, PTC Committee Liaison. Or send via email to PTCCommittee@lagunabeachcity.net
