Moss Street Beach Access Neighborhood Meeting
The City of Laguna Beach has commenced design for the Moss Street Beach Access Rehabilitation Project. The proposed improvements will ensure long-term access to the public beach while enhancing accessibility and aesthetics.
The proposed project includes the removal and replacement of curbs, walkways, and stairs supported by drilled caissons. The existing landscape will be protected in place to the extent possible, and new landscaping will be installed to enhance the beach access aesthetics. Additional improvements include the addition of trash receptacles at the bottom of the stairs and bike racks at the top landing.
The City will hold an on-site neighborhood meeting at the Moss Street beach access on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions or are unable to attend the meeting and would like to provide comments, please contact Matthew Oxford, Project Manager, at (949) 497-0792 or email@example.com
