This program serves local businesses and non-profits impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Small Business Assistance Services offers free assistance to local businesses and non-profits as they access available resources offered by the County, state, and federal governments.

The LB CARES grant program assisted local restaurants, bars, and retail establishments during the pandemic Stay-at-Home Order. Under the program, Laguna Beach restaurants and bars could receive $5,000, retailers that had to close could receive $3,000, and retailers that had to reduce their capacity could receive $2,000 on a first come, first served, basis.
