Off-Season Parking (September 3, 2024 to June 27, 2025)
Note: Lot 23 public parking hours are Mon-Thur after 7 p.m., Fri-Sat after 5 p.m. and all day Sunday. Lot for library patrons at all other times.
How to Pay for Parking
Laguna Beach's parking meters and pay stations take credit and debit cards in addition to coins (meters) and bills (pay stations). You can also pay with your mobile phone using the Laguna Beach Parking App or by scanning the QR code on the meter and selecting the one-time payment option.

Aliso Beach Parking Lot
Effective March 1, 2023, the City of Laguna Beach will manage the Aliso Beach parking lots. Parking rates will be $2.50/hour, and City-issued Shopper Permits will be valid in both the inland and coastal lots.
OC Parks passes will no longer be valid in the Aliso Beach lots. OC Parks will offer a prorated refund for annual passes purchased before March 1. Please email ocparks@ocparks.com to initiate a refund. A prorated refund is only offered for those who have a current All County Parks and Beaches Annual Parking Pass or a County Beach Annual Parking Pass.
