Request for Proposals (RFP) & Bid Information

A list of current bid and RFP opportunities can be found below. Plans and Specifications for applicable projects can be downloaded from the website for free. If you have questions about a specific project, contact the project manager or City department listed in the description for that project. Plan Holder Lists for projects currently open may be obtained by contacting the assigned project manager as listed on each bid. Sealed bids must be filed with the office of the respected department.

Online Vendor Registration

Vendors interested in doing business with the City can register online through the City of Laguna Beach Vendor Portal. Registered vendors will receive notifications via email when a bid or RFP is posted that matches the categories selected during registration. It is the registered vendor's responsibility to maintain current information on the City's Vendor Portal.
