On September 21, 2021, the City Council authorized the City Manager to retain Polco/National Research Center to conduct a Citywide residential and business survey.  City staff subsequently returned to City Council on October 19, 2021, with the proposed survey instruments for review and approval.  The City Council unanimously directed staff to proceed with the surveys. Both surveys were distributed between November 2021 through January 2022. 

Staff presented both survey results to the City Council during the March 1, 2022 Regular Session meeting.
