About Sian Poeschl

The Cultural Arts Manager oversees all arts programming for the City and is the staff liaison to the Arts Commission. Programming responsibilities range from public art, performances, grants, cultural planning to supporting Laguna Beach artists and arts organizations.

With over 25 years of experience in the arts field Ms. Poeschl has a Bachelor’s degree in the Performing Arts from Leicester University, a Post-Graduate Degree in Education from Liverpool University and a Master’s in Fine Arts from University of California, Irvine.
