Public Records Requests

Thank you for visiting the Laguna Beach Fire Department Records Request page.  All Public Records requests and Subpoenas for the Fire Department need to be requested through the City Clerk's Office (Except for any Medical Records).

The cost for production of records, which must be paid in full prior to release, is $10.  You may pay over the phone using a credit card by calling the City Cashier at (949) 497-0793 or you can mail a check payable to the City of Laguna Beach to:
