The Laguna Beach Trolley provides service throughout the city and all trolleys are wheelchair-accessible.
Sally's Fund
Sally's Fund provides free transportation to and from the Laguna Beach Community and Susi Q Center. Residents 60 years plus can schedule a ride to attend the lunch program or classes Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The City of Laguna Beach sponsors Sally's Fund.
Transportation should be scheduled in advance and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Age Well Senior Services
Age Well Senior Services provides free, non-emergency medical transportation for Laguna Beach residents at least 60 years old to Mission Hospital in Laguna Beach and Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo.
Age Well Senior Services also provides non-emergency medical transportation to locations outside Laguna Beach in Irvine, Newport Beach, and San Clemente a maximum distance of 15 miles from residence. Due to COVID-19 masks must be worn at all times.
OCTA
Seniors receive a discount on fares for the fixed-route bus routes operated by the Orange Country Transportation Authority. Contact OCTA for rate information and to purchase bus passes online.
OCTA Access
A person is eligible for OCTA ACCESS service if they are unable to board or exit a fixed-route bus, get to or from a bus stop due to physical and/or environmental barriers, or does not understand how to ride the bus. Eligibility is based on a person's functional abilities and limitations due to a disability, not a specific diagnosis or disability.
OCTA has a formal certification process that follows ADA guidelines. Please call the ACCESS Eligibility Office or download the Access Service Application.
